As far as I can tell they have not been shipped based on the tracking #. I can't even cancel to get a refund. Can you help here? This is pretty terrible.

I just sent her a message asking her to check her email for the shipping label and to please mail them out to you. If she doesn't respond by Monday, I'll ask PM to cancel this order. I'm so sorry about this mess.
