@lizzyku Hi there! :)
Received my ring and earrings, the ring is so unique! I know it’s marked 14K but wanted to make sure both ring and earrings are actual gold. I’ve bought a few pieces over the last year (that were stamped) and they ended up not being real gold! :( I don’t have anyway to test, so I didn’t find out until later! For peace of mind I was going to take this to the jeweler to have it checked, but I live in a small town, so jeweler is just open certain days.

I noticed the earrings are marked P 14K. Not sure if that means “Plumb” or Plated Gold. Any info you could give would be greatly appreciated. :) I do love the ring! I’m a February baby! I tried to look up the Fiesh makers mark but I couldn’t find anything!

@horselover65 As far as I am aware both are real gold; I checked the markings prior to posting items. Also checked online as to what 14k P indicates — it means it is 14K gold exactly and an indication of quality. Hope this helps.

@horselover65 I checked further online regarding the “P” — it stands for “plumb” gold — not plated.

@lizzyku Did you purchase both new or second hand? There’s so much fake gold floating around that’s actually stamped 10K, 14K and 18K! I bought a bracelet on here probably a good year ago and just recently found out it wasn’t real gold, although it was stamped 10K!

@horselover65 Both items were purchased new; both at different times and at reputable stores.

@lizzyku may I ask which store the ring come from? I can’t find the markings “FIESH” anywhere online.I guess what’s got me questioning the actual gold is that both are stamped 14K but the gold looks different. I’m sorry for asking all these questions.

@horselover65 The ring was purchased at an art gallery about 25 years ago which had jewelry made by artists. That’s why it’s so unique. FIESH may be the marking/name of designer. Earrings purchased at local jeweler.
