loungeandshop Hi Elizabeth, I am working on sending your wallet. I tried dropping it off at the closest collection point to me & they said it wasn't in their system so couldn't accept it (even though the label is issued by sendle...). I've been online chatting for two days with sendle & so far haven't resolved it. Fingers crossed I get a resolution by the end of the day.

loungeandshop Hi again Elizabeth, I booked the parcel to be picked up after Sendle said there was no issue on their end with the parcel (its in their system) & they didn't pick it up. I'm emailing & online chatting again today but they take a while to respond. I'm so sorry for the delay. I have no idea why the pick up point didn't accept it Tuesday :(
