@marygk56 That's so weird. I'm so sorry that you were ill, hope you are on the mend. I know poshmark sent you a "reminder to ship" message a few days ago, did you get that from them and could not reply? I'm not sure what you would have to do. thinking try to contact Poshmark support?

@marygk56 Hi Mary. That is very kind. I didnt get pkg until Fri 14. I had rcvd email from PoshMark telling me it had been shipped and wanted me to select "keep" or "return." since I hadnt received it yet I just closed the browser thinking I would give it another day. the next time I went into website, the options to select or return were gone. I'm not sure how this all works. f you just want me to send directly back to you, let me know. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you.

@marygk56 I did receive it and am sorry I want to return it, only because like I said I thought it was lost so when I got the refund from posh I found another Kate Spade. I feel awful saying that to you, but its a gift for my cousin that I have to ship to Texas and I needed to have it out. anyways, I've been trying to contact posh since Friday and cannot get help. how do I return it when the return option is not available?

@marygk56 Hi Mary, I agree with you. It's a very expensive and beautiful purse and I'm so sorry. I checked my email and there is no return label. If I don't see a return label before Wednesday, I will just ship it right back to you.
I feel bad for all of your frustration. It was going to be a gift, if that wasn't the case, I would have waited.

I was afraid of the same, (afraid that you would not get paid for it) PLEASE let me know if you don't get the $ and we can take "action" or I can send back to you. thank you for being so kind to me. @marygk56 it was originally a bay gift I was going to ship to my cousin in Texas but when I began to worry thinking it was a "lost in mail" situation, I found something similar. however I have a future daughter in law that's a huge KS fan so it will be one of her Christmas presents. 😍 thanks again.
