e_plastino @travelgoddess1 hi there. I wonder if you can help direct me to a system administrator for Posh. I am having problems trying to figure how to contact someone about a purchase I made almost a week ago. I ordered something before I became a member. The funds have left my account and I have no indication of postal shipping.

travelgoddess1 @e_plastino yes, EVERYTHING is handled Via Email. From the PURCHASE section of your closet, look at bottom, there is a Contact Support :Before You do, screen shot the purchase(that shows order number/shipping ID IF THERE) once you click on Contact Support write your concerns and there is where you attach the Screen Shot. e_plastino I wanted to get back to you concerning my difficult exchange. It’s all good now. I learned a few lessons though. I bought an item before I became a member & so used a different name… I forgot that bit when I tried to reconcile. So the admin they didn’t recognized me. Most important, I bought the item from an inactive account. The dealer only had a few sales and not many reviews. I have learned to be careful about who I buy from. I have been able to buy a couple items now without a hitch. Beth
