capresso57 Hi! Jane about the Jess and Jane XL top that was delivered to the wrong address. Making out another form to track it one more time, or to get them to pursue the matter, using whatever means necessary.The form asks for your city and if it was an envelope or a package.Maybe a big padded envelope? , so I’m not sure what to answer. Hope these are the only questions that I need your help with, because I have a terrible laryngitis, and I’m a bad typist. Dictating doesn’t work well.either. Thanks!
