Meet your Posher, Elizabeth

Hi! I'm Elizabeth. I’m just getting started, so please check back as I build out my closet offerings. My style is a mix of classic, sporty, eclectic/bohemian, and funky. And a little glam for fun! I enjoy a mix of new and vintage clothing - hope you do too. 😊 My closet is a reflection of my own personal style, as well as my family's style. They are mostly pieces worn by myself, my mother, or my father. (So... a lot of late 70s, 80s, 90s, and Y2K vintage.) There are also some pieces from my grandparents and great aunt, most of which I have worn. So you are truly getting a family curated page! Hence a bit more classic and traditional at times than my own personal style, though they have all influenced my style as well, instilling in me a great love of old things and ANYTHING well made and/or hand crafted. Most everything I offer has been cherished by one or more of us, with a few NWT items thrown in for good measure! As for favorite brands/designers, that’s like asking who is your favorite child? C’mon Poshmark! Alright, I’ll give it my elaborated best: When I was growing up, Chanel, Givenchy, Dior, and YSL were the epitome of fashion to me. By the mid 90s, I was all about Helmut Lang, Calvin Klein, Betsey Johnson, and vintage Courreges (thanks Mom!). By Y2K, I was really into Diesel, Parasuco, Luscious, and Kitchen Orange. Now, I must be middle aged cause it’s all about skincare and comfort - Athleta, Eileen Fisher, and Garnet Hill. And rediscovering all I loved before!
