bethatmaiphone @krbailey1231 Thanks for responding! I have contacted customer support several times with no response. Very disappointing as I have been shopping Poshmark for years. I sent another email today. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have a phone number for customer service. I was counting on the refund to purchase another Christmas gift, but it’s not looking good. 🫤

amytberens Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for the dress like 45 seconds ago. I am online posting right now. I am a hippie divorced grandma with surgeries doing this for work right now and love it. I have a high quality posh store of mostly new and floor sample items, at a low mark up and less than catalogue or designer prices. I take decent offers and am not pushy.
