My name is Kim Cole and you purchased the Keen boots from me. The first buyer returned but it seems they have been lost somewhere and I’m not sure where. They haven’t moved since November 29th, as far as tracking states. Let me know what you’d like to do and I can let PM know as well. Sooo sorry about this.
