@elked I will try calling USPS tomorrow to see if they can give us some answers as to why this is taking so long. It looks like they’ve been stuck at a distribution center since 7/15? Super frustrating and I’m so sorry! Will send a note once I am able to chat with someone.

I completely apologize for the wrong item being sent. My husband had one of his employees ship out your jeans and they must have mixed up the label. I have approved the return and they will send you a return label shortly. I will try to find where the jeans were sent and re-list them at a discount for your inconvenience.
