pilchard I noticed you have opened a case about the back pack you purchased. Can you tell me what's wrong with it? I checked all the zippers and they worked. There were no stains probably some pen marks on the inside. Other than that I can't imagine what could've been the issue ☹️

lmwishle @pilchard no sweat I totally understand. We should be able to get it all figured out. I'm going to wait and see if posh sends a return label. It said they usually respond within 24 hours, so I'll let you know what I hear.
