jasmine_cuevas It shows on my side of the status bar via my computer, that it was delivered but I NEVER RECIEVED the items. I don't know if delivered to wrong apartment, or how to track the package, I never recieved the items purchased. Please contact me asap please to solve this matter. Refund the full amount.

jasmine_cuevas @elleleonebtq it shows it's delivered but I never received the item just because it says delivered does it mean the item was received it could be that it was sent to the wrong address for the wrong apartment number as I do live in apartments I also don't know how to track the package because I don't know if it may have been lost or stolen during the shipping process and delivered to the wrong person

leoneandleaf @jasmine_cuevas you can go into your purchases and select the order, there should be a drop down menu where you can contact their support center. It may have either been lost in the mail even though it was listed as delivered, put in the wrong apartment mailbox, or stolen outright. According to the reply that I received from Posh, no further action is required on my end. I do apologize for the trouble this is causing you, and I hope that you will be able to get everything worked out.

leoneandleaf @jasmine_cuevas as I said before, I emailed Poshmark yesterday evening and they told me that I have no role in this issue anymore due to the item stating delivered. As far as we know, it was either dropped off at the role apartment or stolen. It would not be stated as delivered if I never sent the order. I will be contacting Poshmark about you taking supposed legal action on this, as I do not respond lightly to threats such as these. Again, I apologize for this problem, but it is not my fault.

I feel bad that this has happened to you, but I do not appreciate being attacked in this way when it is not my fault. You will need to keep in contact with Poshmark and ask for a refund from them. This is my business, and I cannot afford to lose out on profit either due to a possible mistake the post office has made.
