boutiquebisel Hi Ella. Thank you for visiting my boutique and finding something that moves you. These are custom made in the U.K. And will take 7-10 days to create and deliver. I am all about happy customers and would of simply taken the backpack back as a return, however with the case being open we will now let Poshmark make their findings and that will be the decision.
