Hi Ella! I mailed your item on Monday and scheduled a pickup from the post office. I received an email from them that it had been completed. I just checked my mailbox and they never picked it up! I'm so upset and I apologize. I'll take it to the post office myself this afternoon. There's been issues with our post office before, it's so frustrating. Again, please accept my apologies. It will be on it's way shortly! 😓
