thecalicactus Hello Ella, I double checked on the status of my purchase. I don’t understand why as of today it’s showing return to sender. It shows not able to be delivered, but I’ve been receiving my other Poshmark purchases with no problem today. If you can please contact Poshmark . I will also contact them. TY

thecalicactus Hey Ella, I spoke to my mail carrier the package n Ed’s $14 in extra shipping fees. It will be at my local USPS until the 30th. Did the package weigh over 5lbs? I’ve never dealt with extra postage due & dont know how to go about it.

pnwposhboss @thecalicactus hi there i have never had this happen before i am as clueless as you, everything was so light i can’t imagine it being over 5lbs, I’m still waiting on a response from poshmark so i honestly don’t know how to resolve this, let me see if i can reach them again, i am so sorry.

thecalicactus Hi again, I checked up on the postage due on Poshmark. It says to refuse the package, it will be sent back to you & then you can request a new label. I double checked the items I’m pretty sure it’s not over 5 lbs. It could also be if the wrong packaging/box was used. I know I have never had a problem using the USPS free boxes. Flat rate or priority. It should all work out. I’m in no rush & totally understand. 🤗
