poshtaash Hi dear. Did you receive a Coors tank top instead of the free people dress? Because somebody bought a Coors tank from me and receive your dress. I’m trying to resolve all of this. I’m so so sorry this has never happened to me before. As soon as I know how to resolve it I will let you know. If you want to file for a return that’s fine too.

poshtaash @elleolsen OK go to the tab at the bottom of the app that has your past name under it and click on it. And then go to “my purchases” and then click on “report a problem”. I believe you can choose “seller sent wrong item”. And then they will send you a label to send it back to me and refund you your money. See next comment I’m only allowed 500 words.

elleolsen @poshtaash I think I dont have the option to get a return label because I already accepted the tank as delivered. I can try contacting poshmark support on the customer service form and see what they say. Im also fine with sending you the tank back without the posh return label. Probably wouldnt be more than a few bucks on my end :)
