burley03 @elledeme my shoes arrived today but the post lady told you put it in the wrong box so I would have to pay $19.10 to receive my shoes. You put it in an express box when it should've been in a priority box according to the post lady.

elledeme @burley03 Oh, No. I am so sorry I didn't know I used the wrong box, why didn't they just send it back to me so I can resend it in the correct box? I apologize for the inconvenience as I am still new to Poshmark and I thought I was using the correct box. Do you know if they will send it back to me?

burley03 @elledeme it's okay and they said I'd have to get them then or not at all. The postman was very rude to me for some reason. But anyway I was just wondering if there was some way I could get that $19.10 back?

burley03 @elledeme Pretty much yeah, he wasnt very friendly so he was brief about why I had to pay extra. He never said if theyd keep it at the post office and send it back. Okay and I was confused whenever he wouldn't hand it to me and said I need to pay to get it because you used the wrong box so I was like okay then.

elledeme @burley03 Yeah, that sounds crazy because he didn't give it to you so why wouldn't he said it back. I sent the question in to Posh Support to see what they say they ask to give them 24hrs to get back to me. So I will find out something even if it falls on me and I have to pay it. Soon as I hear something I will let you know.
