ebraver2 @jaimi_stickel thank u!! I appreciate that – I have a couple of questions for you there's been a lot of scammers including the person who claim to purchase the original listing for my Tory Burch boots. They haven't even responded and I refuse to sell it to them- and @pm_editor has not responded, gotten back to me - nothing! Poshmark is extremely neglectful here in this case and it's making me really suspicious

jaimi_stickel @ebraver2 it's very common for poshmark to have scammers on high end items like tory burch, christian louboutin, etc! i would report them for offline transactions and never reply. sometimes poshmark will delete them or remove them! just beware and anything high end like that will have at least one or two scammers!

jaimi_stickel @ebraver2 did you send the shoes? i would make sure to check their account, as in if they sold anything or communication on any of their listings! i would try to cancel the order because sometimes people will keep the item and not give you the money! beware!! i'll check it out just to make sure!

jaimi_stickel hey hun! i checked what's happening and would recommend to cancel the order, as the shipping info isn't even finished! that definitely gives away a scammer! hope that helps! :)

jaimi_stickel @ebraver2 you can go to "my sales" and click the item, which are the boots. than click problems and cancel the order! no need to send poshmark a message!

ebraver2 @jaimi_stickel yes I did yesterday to try and it wouldn't let me but now I just tried again and it let me!! Yay the order was canceled. Thank god. And thank you for all your help!! 💕❤️️💗🙌🏽

triciatx @ebraver2 Hey Love, I saw some your comments & then looked through your other listings. Many people can't figure out how to communicate on Poshmark. Once an item has sold ship it asap. You are guaranteed payment. Poshmark has their money already. They are the ones releasing your payment. If the customer does not accept, then Poshmark releases your payment automatically within 3 days.

triciatx @ebraver2 Unfortunately this is very common. Many people log on 1x, make a purchase, then never log on again. Tagging PM editor does not help.

triciatx @ebraver2 From now on just go ahead and ship. The ONLY time you should NOT ship without communication is if the person's address is a PO BOX. If a customer has a PO BOX, then make them confirm they will accept delivery immediately. Customers with PO BOXES have 30 days to accept delivery!!! It is NUTS & not disclosed to sellers. ebraver2 @tsb70 hey there! I'm sorry to hear about ur terrible experience with the posher @ syversong. As I'm sure you already know, based on your own experience with her- she is not a trusted user. I'll bet she never intended on shipping you the item in the first place. She places many offers to many poshers including my own items and a payment issue pops up bc she never entered her cc info.

ebraver2 @tsb70 ⬆️continuation- in addition, she messaged me back claiming she'd fix the issue that moment and had her cc handy to do so, yet never did. Due to all the evidence, it is beyond clear she is a scammer. Please report her. I've done so as well. Also for future, you should read all comments about a posher on all listings to ensure a secure purchase/sale. Very shameful of her.

tsb70 @ebraver2 yep...I agreed to not cancel when she said she'd ship Tuesday morning (9 days later!). When I didn't see even the pending scan update I canceled in the afternoon. She gave a BS excuse how she was getting ready to ship...yada, yada...yada. Then she blocked me...what a waste of time AND she tied up my funds for 2 weeks!! She needs off Poshmark! I'll figure out how to report her... thanks for the message ❤
