eic2 Elle-this is eic and I bought the Kate spade navy dot dress- however never received it.. I have a 24 hour doorman building and have received all other packages.. Poshmark customer service has not responded to any of my emails and you’ve been paid for the dress.. what can you do for me?! I’m very upset over this - I would appreciate any help on this issue. Thx!

eliotm @eic2 hi Eic - I’m sorry you never received this item! Poshmark reached out to me saying they contacted you but USPS has marked it as delivered, so unfortunately there’s nothing I can personally do about the delivery. But I will reach out to customer service and explain the situation and see if that will help at all. I absolutely sent you this item - so it must be a USPS error. I hope they can refund you...I’ll let you know if I hear anything.
