If it isn’t too much trouble- would you mind putting that on the order that was sent to you accidentally? (The teal bag your probably receiving this weekend?). Again- I am SO sorry about this. ellechase @mnykmom hi there, I just got an email asking to to file a formal complaint so they can ship me a return label for the mistakenly sent item. This is the only way to resolve this. At this point this has become a real pain. Why don’t you just refund me the money and I can bid on it again if I want to.

mnykmom @ellechase I received an email from Poshmark stating the same. I am so sorry this happened. Not only have I never made a shipping mistake my shipping is usually done the same day as purchase. I feel absolutely awful. As soon as you file the complaint and I am able to I’ll refund the payment. Right now it’s not letting me. Thanks!

mnykmom @ellechase thanks! I received this email a few minutes ago from Poshmark. I’m sorry this is such a production. “ Thank you for your email. Our records show that a formal return case has not been opened for this order. Please advise your buyer to follow the directions provided in our email to her as emailing our support team does not qualify as opening a formal return case. Once a formal case has been opened, you as the seller will be alerted as well.”

If you are only using Poshmark from the web: 1. Click Orders in the drop down menu at the top right. 2. Select My Purchases and select the order. 3. Click the Problems/Order Inquiry button to include photos as well as provide a description of the problem.
