@ellechase hi! You’re receiving a package of a bundle item today in a real bag that aren’t your shoes. I am SO sorry. The person helping me shipping the wrong order to your house. I’m sending out the shoes today however.
Is there any way I can email you the label for the bundle so it can be sent to the correct place? I could email it to you. Or you can send it back to me. I am SO sorry.

@ellechase - ok. So this is what I’m thinking. I am going to send you the shipping label printed on ready to go sticky paper with your shoes. If it isn’t too much trouble- would you mind putting that on the order that was sent to you accidentally? (The teal bag your probably receiving this weekend?). Again- I am SO sorry about this. I’m sick over it.

@mnykmom hi there, I just got an email asking to to file a formal complaint so they can ship me a return label for the mistakenly sent item. This is the only way to resolve this. At this point this has become a real pain. Why don’t you just refund me the money and I can bid on it again if I want to.

@ellechase I received an email from Poshmark stating the same. I am so sorry this happened. Not only have I never made a shipping mistake my shipping is usually done the same day as purchase. I feel absolutely awful.
As soon as you file the complaint and I am able to I’ll refund the payment. Right now it’s not letting me.

@ellechase @ellechase I spoke with Poshmark who said once the wrong package arrives you can open a case for return. They’ll send you the label and I’ll refund you for the shoes. I’m so sorry again

Please advise your buyer to follow the directions provided in our email to her as emailing our support team does not qualify as opening a formal return case. Once a formal case has been opened, you as the seller will be alerted as well.”

Posh tip: Avoid marking the item as received because once funds are released to the seller, we are unable to reverse it and honor a return or refund.
First, let’s get an official complaint filed via the web or the app. To do so:

1. Go to My Purchases
2. Select your order and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry.
3. Take a few photos showing the issue and enter a description of the problem.
If you are only using Poshmark from the web:
1. Click Orders in the drop down menu at the top right.
2. Select My Purchases and select the order.
3. Click the Problems/Order Inquiry button to include photos as well as provide a description of the problem.

@mnykmom If we have proof that the item was misrepresented, we will send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back to the seller. After you’ve dropped off the item with USPS, no further action will be required on your part. We will provide you with a full refund, including any shipping fees charged on Poshmark, once the item is delivered back to the seller using our prepaid return label.

@ellechase hi :) Let me know if you filed a formal return based on the above steps they outlined. I can absolutely send you the shoes with the bundle shipping label for the misspent order first thing tomorrow morning if you are ok with going that route versus a return.
