Welcome to 23rd & Rose. All items posted are from my and my mother’s personal closet. We decided to start posting because our closets have gotten out of control! How many of you can relate? Both of us have years of experience in the fashion industry working for some of the best brands out there. We love fashion and styling comes natural for us.
