palmttopinappls Hey girl!! I am so sorry but I revived your shirt back from the post, apparently it was dropped and got caught in the track and was torn, i tried to cancel the order but it’s still in transit, I contacted posh just now but I didn’t know if you where able to cancel the order from your page? Please let me know!! I’m so sorry about this 😢

ellensm @palmttopinappls Hi! Did you receive an email about the case? I just received one that said they will grant the refund. I have to ship the item back. One it is received they will cancel it. Do you have a place to receive the order or am I going to have to ship back an empty box? I thought you might live in SC by your handle. Not to far away.

palmttopinappls @ellensm I am not sure! I think they Provide a return label you can just stick on an empty envelope if you want. 🤣 this is so confusing! Idk if someone actually handled the case or a computer did it lol but yes I’m in Summerville and your in HH. Not far at at all! Would only take 1-2 days to get here
