ebeekman @prissymissy01 OH Lisa thank you so much for reaching out to me. Yes as I begin to navigate around I do have questions. EUC means excellent used condition right? So should I be editing my items from gently used to E U C? Also can you help me understand the following and sharing features? I'm sure I'll have more questions as I continue along. This is an awesome website/shopping experience I'm so glad I found it although I may go broke😀😀😀

prissymissy01 @ebeekman I only use EUC if the item is in excellent condition without any flaws. Make sure to note all flaws in your listing (fading, tear or hole, missing or loose button, anything). I like to know what I am buying and I'm sure my customers do to. I will send a separate message on following and sharing. It only lets me type 500 characters per comment.

prissymissy01 @ebeekman More followers means more people see your closet. Most people will return the favor and follow you back. The same goes for sharing. When you share someone else's item to your followers they will usually return the favor and share your items to their followers.

prissymissy01 @ebeekman Everyone has their preference. I only use "EUC" for items that are "Like New". Something that I bought and wore once or twice that shows no signs of wear. I use "Gently Used" for items that have been used and show little signs of wear. An example would be a shirt that has been washed several times but has no stains or tears. I Always note any flaws including slight fading. This is just my opinion after searching the internet for what is mostly commonly used. I hope this helps!

ebeekman @prissymissy01 hi Lisa so I have another question...I just received a skirt that I purchased on pm. It is really cute and I love it however it doesn't fit. Is it rude and insulting if Iredell it on pm? What is the proper etiquette?

prissymissy01 @ebeekman People Re-Posh all the time. If you loved the item make sure to let the seller know. You can also tell them that you are going to list the item and explain why. Do not use the Seller's pictures without their permission. Most people include in their listing that they are Re-Poshing and why. This is up to you. Lastly do not mark the item up more than 20% anything more is frowned on. It might help to include measurements in your listing.

ebeekman @prissymissy01 thank you Lisa you are such a big help to me I'm so glad you found me. I did tell the seller that I love the skirt but it is too small. I did not tell her I wanted to re posh it because I wasn't sure if that was allowed and I didn't want to insult her. I would not try to sell it for any more than what I paid for it.

prissymissy01 @ebeekman That is sweet of you! Just remember Poshmark will get 20% when you sell it. Some people mark it up to help cover the Poshmark and shipping fees. I am not sure what I would do. If I got it at a really good deal I might explain the situation and take a partial loss.

ebeekman @prissymissy01 I'm thinking because there were 9 items in the bundle it was shown as 1 purchased and 8 available however it was sold as a bundle of 9 and there are no more available. Maybe I should have listed it as a "lot" of 9 instead

prissymissy01 @ebeekman You can do as a lot if you do not want to sell any of the items individually. To remove the item: Open the listing then click edit from there you can delete the item. You will have to do this for each one. Yesterday I wanted to make sure the item had actually sold. I had one order where the item sold but payment did not go through because their address was different than what the credit card company had.

prissymissy01 @ebeekman If someone has Bundled it you can do it from there using the "Offer" feature. You can also include it in the listing letting buyers know that you will apply the discount when they bundle it. Poshmark has a new feature where you can "offer a discount to all likes" but it is not available to everyone yet including me. Hope this helps!
