sourgrapes2 @ellenstampfli Hi Ellen, I am sorry that you felt that the Kate Spade Backpack was “not as described” with a 1-Star rating :(. It was used only once as stated, and for sure if I had seen any white mark on the front, I would definitely have used leather cleaner before I sent it to you. I always hope that my customer is happy with their purchase & at a good price, so I’m very sorry if you were not happy.
