mbweigelt Hello, I am so sorry for the inconvenience but I need to cancel the pink FP top you purchased. I washed it in preparation for packaging it up and I am not at all happy with how it came out. It is stretched and slightly discolored. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to re-list it and re-sell it to you for 10.00 but, if I sent it as is, you would not be getting what you paid for. I'm so sorry!

juliemmcinerney Hi, Ellen! 😃. The post office tracking says they delivered your dress (the silky, tiered one) a day or 2 ago. Poshmark just doesn't show it in their tracking. if you could please let Poshmark know you received it, that would great. I already let them know as well, but I think k they may need your confirmation (?). Thanks!

juliemmcinerney @daintylouise okay, that's wierd. Now it says it hasn't been scanned! Here's the tracking number: 9405511202061102767209 I DID get a receipt when I dropped it off. I'm in Jamaica until next Thursday, so there's not much I can do right now, but I'm gonna' ask our dog-sitter tonight to send me a photo of the receipt. I'll get back to you.

juliemmcinerney @daintylouise okay, so here's what I wrote to Poshmark. I can't attach the attachments here that I refer to in the msg., but I can email them to you. I referenced your order number so they know who the buyer is. This is what I found out: FW: "Please look at all three attachments. The first one is the lable I used from POSHMARK to send the package to the buyer. !

juliemmcinerney The 2nd attachment is the receipt that I got from the post office when I dropped off this buyers package to be sent (I only sent ONE package so there should be no confusion. I noticed that the receipt they gave me at the post office has a different tracking number. When I tracked THAT number, it shows up as a package sent out back in JULY! That's the 3rd attachment in a screenshot.

juliemmcinerney I apologize that you haven't received the dress. Im actually very frustrated b/c the dress is "lost", AND I don't get paid for it.. I'm working with Poshmark to get paid from THEM, since their lable has a bogus tracking number. In the meantime, you should cancel the order on your end for now. If the dress shows up, just keep it.

juliemmcinerney This is a notice I got from PM regarding the dress. I've been trying to get to the bottom of this: "Hello Julie, Thank you for your response. The buyer who received this order in error has been issued a new shipping label to forward it to the correct buyer on 11/3. We expect them to ship it soon at which point there will be a shipping update on the previously linked USPS page. If you do not see a shipping update by 11/10, please reach out to us. Best, Ian
