One quick tip/suggestion: always include measurements. Even if your item has a size tag, sizing varies so much between brands/styles. This will help you if/when someone opens a case against you. magiedcat @opalcatt Unfortunately, they would/will. There is so much variation between brands and sizing year to year. Better safe than sorry. I had one instance where size tag was pictured, measurements listed, and buyer “didn’t realize” sizing and planned to open a case with Posh to request a refund. It happens 🤷‍♀️
