Thank you Ellen for your purchase of the Banana Republic Shirt! 😘🥰Our local post office is short staffed due to the Corona virus, and the lines were really long. They informed me the online tracking is a bit delayed but they're working hard to process the pile of packages customers dropped off today. So , I just want to give you a heads up, the tracking should start soon, and sometimes, I've seen the package arrive before the tracking can even catch up🤣 Thank you for your patience 😁

OMG, I'm so relieved to hear that you've received it. I've spent countless hours on the phone, 4 days, everyday, it finally paid off. The wait time to talk to any operator is 1 hr & 1/2 , no matter which day; because apparently they aren't together in a call center anymore due to the pandemic. msg 1of 2

All the customer service operators work from home & they've laid off many during the pandemic in order to cut costs. Some resigned because of the pandemic. Thus short staffed 😖 I apologize on their behalf that they mis-processed your package, & appreciate your patience. @nichopkins I understand but when lowered to the last 2 inches, it jams and refuses to move lower. Obviously that’s not something that could be documented and I am not asking to return. But since I have to have it replaced, that results in the 3 stars. The brown dress was perfect and I love it.
