elleingle @soriag thank you.. I’m very new to this and trying to figure it all out so I would take any helpful tips from you. I don’t know if I’m asking too much or too little for my few items that I’ve started with. And posting to Facebook seems daunting. I will certainly check out your closet. Cheers

soriag @elleingle I looked at your closet. You will find that high retail price doesn’t result in high resale value, unfortunately 🙁 Example, your price on the Frye boots is high for the poshmark audience, you will most likely receive offers lower than $99 . When listing, I recommend you look at comps for the average price that the item is selling for. I hope this helps

soriag @elleingle my policy is : the right buyer will come along and pay what the item is worth, I value my time (taking pictures, listing, sharing, etc) as well as how much I paid for the item. I usually hold my ground and decline lowballers’ offers. You will sell it eventually for an amount that you are comfortable with 😊

elleingle @kimrose11 it’s a small bathroom hence the curtain . I don’t have a before pic it what THAT bad!! Linoleum and a shower that a small person couldn’t even turn around in!! Let me see how to send an after pic though. The tile is lovely.. how fun that must be to be able to flip houses(well most of it)
