gabyxrobles Hi Ellie, I sent out your shoes but the status says out for delivery twice. Can you please notify me if they left you a notice in terms of the whereabouts on your shoes? Idk why your item was forwarded to begin with :/

gabyxrobles @elliem_1 I'm terribly sorry about this! I'll ask my local post office tomorrow to please check up on this. This has never happened to me on poshmark and I'm sorry that this keeps happening. I'll get back to you tomorrow. Thank you for being so patient!

gabyxrobles @elliem_1 that explains so much! The address is the issue. Did you just update it on poshmark or through usps? If you haven't updated it with usps your packages will keep being forwarded. You'll have to contact usps to have it updated.
