24601098 @elliemayyyy I just got notification you got the wrong product. I'm so sorry, it sounds like two orders got mixed up. Please let me know what u ended up with so I can send you the right thing and the other person who obviously got your order. I'm really sorry and contacting me instead of filing a complaint with posh will be much quicker because I don't know how long they'll even take to resolve the issue. Just send it back, the mix up was definitely not deliberate. Thank you:)

24601098 @elliemayyyy oh no big deal, it sounds like a gel was grabbed rather than a toner, they look the exact same. I'm glad to hear this because that means someone else's order didn't get yours. I will get that toner sent right out. Again so sorry!

elliemayyyy @slinkecat I actually ordered two cleansers. No Toner. But, what was sent to me was one cleanser and one toner. So, I would just need the other cleanser. What is the protocol for sending back the toner?
