Hi, just saw your offer on the Hope & Harlow dress. It makes more sense for me to lower the price to 22 and you get 4.99 shipping vs. accepting your 20 offer and then you would have to pay 6.49 shipping. I hope that makes sense, feel free to ask any ?'s. Going to lower the price now.
