savvvymomma Hi Ellie! I’m not sure what’s going on with the hat. It stopped tracking on October 18th. I have reached out to Posh about this but they didn’t really provide any help. I had another package do this too and it finally showed up 10 days later. I’m not sure if you want to try to reach out to USPS.
