mbea730 @ellievoelker that’s so weird! You should place a complaint just so we get some of the shipping cost back. The label is usually a 2-3 day. They obviously aren’t holding up their end. Lol

ellievoelker @kris_1785 hey!! So I just went and checked our mail room in our apartment because I had put it down there over a week ago, and it was still there! Usually usps picks it up and they just hadn’t. If you want to re order go ahead and I’ll take it to usps! So sorry this happened!! I should have checked sooner.
