ljfox78 Sorry to hear the pants didn’t work out. All of my clothes are washed before mailing, but I do have a Maine Coon Cat and sometimes an occasional hair here and there is unavoidable. Apologies for that. However, It’s unusual that you chose to file a complaint on a used piece of clothing over a perceived “odor” and a few stray cat hairs—instead of simply washing them before you wore them. Perhaps buying new is the way to go? I hope you intend on sending them back shortly. Thank you.
