Hi, I’m Ellie. The pieces you’ll find here all come from the closet of my beloved grandmother, Gigi. Gigi has always been a force of nature—the kind of woman who could make a trip to the post office look like a runway moment. Her style was effortless, her glamour unmistakable, and her love for beautiful things contagious. Over the past year, Gigi was diagnosed with dementia. As our family focuses on her care, I’ve turned to sharing some of her gently loved clothing with others—both to help with her needs and to give these treasures a new life. And trust me, there’s plenty to share. Gigi has four walk-in closets filled to the brim with fabulous finds. Some of my fondest memories are of sitting with her and flipping through the newest J. Peterman Company catalog, laughing over the more dramatic turns of phrase or sighing at something particularly romantic.
