1quirky 1) Not to be mean, & I know you’re a guy, but I’ve been married for 30 years & my husband wears Levi’s. John has slowly been gaining weight (as have I 😉) over the years, thus needing larger szs of Levi’s. The 1st # is waist & the 2nd # is length! He has unfortunately not changed height. I’ve always been attracted to TALL men! But that just goes to show you that what your head thinks it wants isn’t always who your ❤️ falls in love w❣️ (Cont)

1quirky 2) We were engaged after knowing each other less than 4 months & married four months later. So married knowing him for about 8 months & we’ve been together 30 years! I tell my kids I don’t recommend this, but we were older 26 & 28 & had pre-marital counseling before to ensure we were doing the right thing!❣️ And we never regretted it! 🥰 Sorry, I digress. 1quirky 3) we’ll skip to the 32x30. (32” waist & 30” in length) & lrgr we, grew! He NOW wears a 40x30 (a 40” waist & a 30” length). So, it’s clear that the waist measurement in Levi’s and all the pants “John” has tried is the first # waist & the 2nd # length. I just asked John, the length measurement is from the inseam down. (Otherwise, I “could” see his “height” size increasing bc it would have to extend over his tummy.) But since it doesn’t, his height stays constant. (Cont)

1quirky 4) Inside your Levi’s it says 31x32 on label which means the waist is 31” & the length from inseam 2 hem is 32”. You “showed” the label, so most will probably overlk what you wrote. However, the correct Sz person may never see your listing, since u put 32” waist when it’s actually 31”. The Lee Jeans say 36x32 n the listing, so that’s great! So, when people read the listing, they’ll probably go by what the label says & not by what you typed thinking it’s just a typo! (Cont)

1quirky FYI: John was laid off construction work due to lack of wk by the co. This happened last yr 2. So he thought if he worked for a lg co it would b less likely 2 happen. In Oct, he saw there was no new wk, so he started looking for a new job. The VP asked him to stay & promised 2 keep him on. So, John turned down another job. A few weeks later the same VP laid him off. Right before Christmas. No severance! No notice! Nothing! Just bye bye! We have been so depressed! (Cont)
