ellisnicole @rockaroni hi, your item has been shipped out already. The package has not shown on my end tracking information there may be delays at the postal office. Unfortunately I will not be able to cancel your order due to the fact that it has been sent out. My policy is strictly Final Sale! However, if you are not satisfied with the item once you revive item you can dispute through Poshmark. Sorry for the miscommunication and inconvenience.

rockaroni @ellisnicole Hi, I didn’t receive the bracelet. It shows a delivery last night about 9pm by the postal service. They don’t deliver at night and it wasn’t in my box or at our door. I sent this along to Poshmark as well.
