skiprincss Hi there! I’m so sorry you weren’t 100% happy with the boots. I always strive for a 5 star experience. I try to list everything as accurately as possible and provide pics from all angles, but I know sometimes not seeing things in person is tough as the buyer. If Posh will let you return them for a refund I am happy to accept it if you don’t want to keep them. I’ve never had a return before so just not sure how it works. Warm regards, Mason.
