memebutler Not sure how to contact you but i just saw your review on the vera beadley bag. The zipper was never replaced and the tag is there. Not sure what you were talking about. The bag is in excellent condition and was only used twice.

The zipper & the outline material around the zipper has frail threads and the threads are all showing and the replacement zipper was put in with white thread and it is not even stiched evenly and you can see how the end of the zipper is loosely zipper material. I can show you how the Vera Bradley zippers are designed . I know the brand does not do whit thread when the interior is black and they customize how they hide the zipper and the zipper. 3.You said this is a XL , this bag is a Large
