Hi, it looks like we both purchased Gucci belts from the same seller but I’m seeing many are saying they are fake. Do you plan on contacting poshmark / have you received it?

@alice31294 hi! Yes....starting to get a bit concerned. I think placed the order yesterday so have not received. Also, concerned that seller is being unresponsive 😒
I’m pretty good at authenticating so plan to receive and review. If I ever get it. Then I will involve Poshmark and If needed my CC company. Let’s stay in touch. Multiple people make stronger claims.

@lciam I’m supposed to get it tomorrow but from the comments and her replies seems like it is fake. Do you know if I can search by the serial number on the belt for authenticity somehow? Poshmark rules include refund for authenticity. I’ve already emailed them preemptively

@alice31294 yeahhh I tried searching by serial number but couldn’t find anything. Now that she exposed the full serial number I do think it looks inauthentic. Has Poshmark responded?

@lciam yes they said Thank you for your email! Unfortunately we are currently not offering the Posh Authenticate service for items under $500. However, if you do purchase an item and have authentication concerns, we recommend that you open up a formal case on

the order page by clicking "Problems/Order Inquiry." Cases must be opened within 3 days of the item being delivered to your shipping address and the order must not be marked as received. When you open up a claim, you'll be able to provide us more photos of the item. From these photos, we can offer a complimentary authentication service via email. We hope this helps a bit. @lciam I did sorry for not getting to you sooner. The packaging looked right but I am not sure. It was very light and a bit flimsy. Sent pics to poshmark to authenticate and waiting for them to get back to me
