616gemini Hey😊. I tried to get through to poshmark customer service to find out how I could just refund you without us having to go through the hassle and wait of shipping the pants back....but I kept getting dead ends 😣. I’ve never had a return before so I’m not sure how it works. I tried the “release payment” tab, but the prompt said I had to wait for you? We may just have to ship the pants back and I’ll release the money as soon as the pants get back here. 🤷🏻‍♀️.

blackdenim @616gemini Hey! No problem. Apparently they can't refund the purchase without a return, so they sent me a label for it. They're on their way back to you, and as soon as they get there you can release it. I really appreciate all your help!
