Please forgive me for breaking any “Posh Etiquette”; I wanted to send you a DM but couldn't. Also, I couldn't view the original listing to verify a couple of things. The jeans, I believe, we're NWT, but the tags are gone. They also feel like they've been washed. What's up w/ the tags, etc.? @anu_satu I’m sorry that would be my fault. Most of my new clothes I wash (on cold and dry the same). It appears that they got put through the washer without me noticing. Depending what you wish we can looking at refunding them or another alternative for you.

Thanks so much for the fast and open reply! I appreciated it immensely! Unfortunately, since the photo listing represented the jeans as being “NWT,” I must request a refund or substantial (steep!) discount. Firstly, the jeans feel and look worn & washed more than once. They are somewhat rough to the touch, which is unusual for brand new True Religion Jeans. In light of this, I would not be able to Reposh them. What do you think?

@anu_satu What happens next may be up to you! It is my fault for not realizing they were put through the wash, but as they were in my to sell tote I don’t believe it would’ve been more than once. As you can see in the photo they were brand new with tag, so if you do go about reselling them you could use my photos and list them as “New without tag”.

@elysis, unfortunately, I wouldn't feel comfortable reselling them because they feel like they were washed more than once. And based on my extensive experience with new True Religion Jeans, I'm somewhat confident that I'm right. Mistakes happen, so not a big deal. What are your refund, return, & discount policies? Apologies for any redundant questions; I'm a Posh novice.
