wingsnroses Hello I would never misrepresent myself or my business and my customers are extremely important to me. I have an ALL 5 star ratings (with the exception of yours) perhaps the cap touched the pencil as you opened it? A two star rating for a NEW product I paid $30 and you paid $7 for is extremely disappointing. I would never misinform my customers.

wingsnroses @wingete1 if you look at all my other Kylie products, they all have been disclosed if they were used or sharpened. Etc..I would never take away from my customers. 😊 I didn’t open poise because I didn’t feel I had to because it was NIB. Now I wish I had.
