tlscasting Hey there- so what’s happening with being able to send me the correct size (12) that i ordered, instead of the 9.5’s you sent? The box came today and i can put in a claim that the wrong item was sent.

usafashionsell @tlscasting i contact Poshmark and they informed me that you have to return it then do refund. If you still interested with size 12 you have to buy as new transaction :-)

usafashionsell @tlscasting you will get a full refund when you return the 9.5 shoes. Then you have to buy size 12 as new buying. Thats what Poshmark team told me.
