sugarbeetcloset Hi Embeli. I'm so sorry, but I had to cancel your order. I was cleaning the boots for shipment today, and I had placed inserts inside them for comfort. I was removing them, and they were glued down very strongly. I used goo be gone to remove the residue, but the boots are covered on the inside by small pieces of styrofoam insert. I cannot in good conscious sell them in that state, and I don't know that i can remove all of the pieces. My apologies again.

embelli @sugarbeetblog oh no!! This makes me sad. Have you tried acetone? Well I appreciate you trying and notifying me. If you try nail polish acetone and it works I may still be interested in the shoe.

sugarbeetcloset @embelli Hi! I got all of the insert removed, they are just tiny loose pieces of styrofoam inside that I can't shake out completely. There are two small spots on the sole lining where the label was removed from the shoe insert was glued. I just didn't want to send out something that wasn't perfect!
