not sure how this works you are my first customer to ever request returning of any merchandise.
not sure what the procedures are with Poshmark and returns but if you'd like to mail back the shoes after inspecting it if they are in the same condition as being mailed out I will refund your money or if you'd like to buy another pair of shoes I can exchange...

@finds4_flipping reached out to poshmark support because the only return process I see is by opening a case and I don't want to do that of it'll reflect poorly on you since you didn't do anything wrong. once they get back to me I'll let you know what they say. but thank you for being so patient and understanding!

@finds4_flipping so I have to open a case for the return. I'll attach a screenshot of our convo so they understand that it wasn't anything you did and we settled this amongst our selves but the poshmark formality for returns is to open a case. appreciate your patience and understanding!
