allseasonsbags @pollardemilee please don’t leave me a negative 1 star rating. It’s not my fault that you didn’t receive your package even though it was marked as delivered. Mailman could have delivered it to the wrong house. Leaving 1 star rating negativity impacts the seller... please contact Poshmark support as advised in my previous comment. I hope you can revise your feedback.

pollardemilee @allseasonsbags I cannot even access a tracking number showing it was actually mailed. I will consider revising my review once my bag is received or Poshmark gets back to me. I reached out to them before I left the review and have still not heard back despite their claims to get back to you within 24 hours in the email.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee I just received your message regarding Poshmark’s response. Tracking numbers: 94055108935964622967. I did ship it on the 8th, the label was created on the 7th. About 8 of my packages that I sent out to USPS have not scanned for whatever reason. There’s no way for me to refund you as Poshmark holds the funds and released the funds to the seller once there’s a rating. I’d recommend for you to contact them and explain what happened.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee sorry to hear. I’ve apologized already, not sure what you want from me considering USPS is culpable and I’m the one with the potentially lost or stolen package. Things like this happen and I have no control over it. Once I drop the the box off at the post office,it’s completely out of my hands. I know it’s frustrating and I wish I have proof that I shipped it, but there’s no solid proof since no carrier ever scanned the package.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee please tag me @allseasonsbags, otherwise I don’t receive the notification that you messaged me. They messaged me back just now and said they have refunded you. Please revise your feedback. To answer your questions that I just saw today, I have been to the post office and asked to the speak to the manager. She advised that I needed to make a report with the postal inspector in order to access their security cameras. It’s pending investigation on my end.

pollardemilee @allseasonsbags I did finally get an email back today from Poshmark but I did NOT get a refund. I was advised that I would receive a cancellation email that I have still not received. I have also emailed them to question when I would receive the email and have not received a response. I will revise my Feedback once my cancellation email is received and my refund is provided but my feedback will be nothing but the truth and about my experience.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee I’m letting you know that I received both emails from posh regarding the refund & cancellation. The transaction was in fact cancelled. It might take a several days for you to receive your refund. You can not FAULT another seller for external factors. As soon as I dropped off that package, USPS is responsible for scanning my packages. I had shitty luck where numerous of my packages were stolen at the same time.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee continued - It’s no coincidence that 10 + packages have not scanned the last two weeks. All were dropped off at the same location. I have NO reason to fabricate this story, as I don’t benefit anything from this. To blame and treat me so unfairly over something I have no control over is ludicrous. Keep your 1 star rating, at this point I don’t care. You’re the only buyer who have mistreated me while others have had an understanding in regards to what happened.

allseasonsbags @pollardemilee I’ve tried on multiple occasions to alleviate your concerns. I kept in contact with you and I reached out to Poshmark several times. You expected the refund to be immediate, but Poshmark doesn’t have any feature where the seller can release the payment back to the buyer. Poshmark can only process the refund. To crucify me for a stolen package is ridiculous.
