catstine_m07 @emileemendez1 good morning! So my eyes are not what they used to be, i made the mistake of thinking the jump ring was intact. It is clipped and you can barely tell. So I dropped it off at James Avery this morning and they are gonna fit the charm with a new jump ring, a nice polish, and I have a brand new jewelry cloth for you. It will be ready tomorrow after 2pm and I will get it in the mail for you asap. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and delay, but I hope it's worth the wait once you see it!

catstine_m07 @emileemendez1 hello! I have your charm ready to dropped off at the post office. Unfortunately I have an unforeseen appointment Wednesday morning. I normally would have mailed your item off the first day, so this is on me and I hope you're not too disappointed with me. I am going to send you a little something extra just to thank you for understanding. I will get it mailed off by the end of the day and it should start tracking Thursday. I will keep you posted.
