I sent the order with the small LV paper pieces in the box and put the crossbody in the dust cloth and they are saying the paper pieces are not there. They are inside the box and I fear they lost them. I’m kind of mad at Posh about this, honestly.

@erb216 I’ve tried to call and email them, but no communication. Have they reached out to you? I’m really upset if they’ve lost those two pieces I put in there. The crossbody is in the dust bag, the 2 pieces of LV papers were in the orange LV box and all inside the box, neatly placed. They authenticated crossbody as real. Said the two pieces of paper weren’t included, and would reach out to you to notify you of 2 missing pieces of paper LV labels as shown.

@erb216 I understand. I am so mad at them for either ignoring the papers in there or losing them. When they return it I know they are in there- and if not, they lost them. Nit much I can do but I understand
