gailmills I brought the watch I purchased from you to a reputable jeweler, to have the battery replaced. The battery has been replaced and the watch still does not work. In looking back at the photos you posted of the watch, the time is exactly the same in all photos. I am not looking for a refund, I am just trying to find out what is wrong with the watch, as it appears it did not work while it was in your possession either. Can you please tell me if you know what is wrong with it.

divine_ms_em @gailmills - Hello. It's a brand new, never-worn watch. Someone purchased it for me as a gift three years ago and I never had the time to get it re-sized for myself so I never wore it. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with it, but I'm happy to take it back and refund your money if you're experiencing problems with it.

I had to leave unexpectedly yesterday for a family emergency in Minnesota and put my account on vacation hold and saw this morning that you had purchased the dress.
